To register your interest, and secure your suite, please complete a registration form via the ‘Reserve Now’ button below. As soon as our letting team receives your application, you’ll be allocated a room and sent our tenancy agreement via email, in which you’ll find everything you need to know about your time with us. Once you’ve signed this contract, and paid your deposit, your Marlix suite will be secured.
In order to give you a bespoke service we have a tenant portal for all residents to manage their contract, report maintenance issues and make rent payments. As soon as your application has been approved, we will send you a personalised invite link to download the app. Here, you’ll be able to:
