The University of Derby has recently launched a new initiative to enhance its city centre presence and strengthen connectivity between its different sites. The City Masterplan will breathe new life into the University Quarter, focussing on regeneration and development around Agard Street where our student accommodation is situated.
The University’s ambition is to expand their reach within the city and weave together its different sectors into a tighter knit web, resulting in a more cohesive community and universally improved experience for its students. Marlix is thrilled to be situated right at the heart of this regeneration initiative that aligns so strongly with our mission to deliver an unparalleled student experience for our residents.
